Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled and motivated production trainer to join our team in Bouznika, Morocco. As a production trainer, you will play a crucial role in improving the skills and efficiency of our production staff, ensuring high-quality production and maintaining safety standards.
- to develop and implement comprehensive training programs for production staff
- Organize regular training sessions on production processes, equipment operation and safety procedures.
- evaluate employee performance and identify areas for improvement
- Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online learning modules.
- Collaborate with production managers to align training initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Monitor and analyze production parameters to identify training needs and measure program effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and occupational health and safety regulations.
- Mentoring new employees and providing ongoing support to existing staff.
- Keeping up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in the field of manufacturing.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production department.
Desired Candidate Profile
You hold a degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing or a related field.
- Proven experience as a production trainer or in a similar role within a production environment.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, methodologies and best practices.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and workplace health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups.
- Skills in developing and implementing effective training programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with performance evaluation and improvement techniques
- Mastery of relevant software and production tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Relevant certifications in the field of production management or training (preferably)
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French and/or Arabic is an asset.
