Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan manufacturing orders according to the production schedule.
- To distribute tasks between teams and ensure the continuity of activities.
- Supervise the preparation of assembly lines and workstations.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and production rates.
- To ensure the training and skills development of operators.
- Collaborating with the Quality department for the handling of non-conformities.
- Apply HSE (hygiene, safety, environment) rules within the workshop.
- Coordinate with maintenance to minimize line stoppages.
Knowledge of DSD assembly and mounting processes.
- My mastery of production tracking tools (Odoo, ERP, Excel, etc.).
- Leadership, rigor, communication, organizational skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and solve problems quickly.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Engineering degree in electromechanics, mechanics, automation or industrial production.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar position, ideally in the electronics or industrial assembly sector.
