Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Production organization and management

  • Contribute to the development of the Production Plan in conjunction with the Supply Chain and support functions;
  • Ensure the execution of the manufacturing program in compliance with the Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery (SQCD) requirements;
  • Managing scheduling, execution monitoring and production priority management;
  • To deploy and promote performance management through QRQC routines and industrial indicators;
  • Ensure the workshop's workload/capacity is matched and anticipate resource needs.

Mastering Quality and Conformity in Aeronautics

  • Facilitate daily Quality meetings (Quality Notices, scrap, deviations, rework) in connection with customer and aeronautical regulatory requirements;
  • Lead and facilitate causal analyses with support functions (Quality, Methods, Industrialization);
  • Validate and monitor improvement action plans to strengthen process robustness and product conformity;
  • Ensuring production complies with Safran Aerosystems' own process, quality and traceability requirements.

Industrial performance and continuous improvement

  • Ensure the availability and proper functioning of the machine fleet in close collaboration with Maintenance;
  • Monitor and manage industrial investments in coordination with Methods and Industrialization;
  • To drive cost reduction, optimize production cycles and improve productivity;
  • Promote and deploy the Group's continuous improvement approaches (Lean Manufacturing, Lean 6 Sigma, Participative Innovation, Kaizen projects).

Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)

  • To actively engage in Safran's HSE approach by promoting an exemplary safety culture within the workshop;
  • Ensure strict compliance with applicable HSE and environmental rules;
  • To carry out risk analyses, IGPs and contribute to the prevention of accidents and incidents.

Desired Candidate Profile

With a higher education degree in engineering or equivalent (Master's level), you have at least 5 years of professional experience in a demanding industrial environment, ideally in the aeronautics sector. This experience has allowed you to develop a solid mastery of team management, production control and Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery standards, as well as a strong culture of continuous improvement.
