Role & responsibilities

  • Lead and manage technicians to meet production targets.
  • Troubleshoot complex hardware issues (laptops, desktops, motherboards).
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to OEM standards.
  • Monitor spare parts usage and coordinate with warehouse team.
  • Prepare production and performance reports.
