Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure smooth user experience and issue resolution across all three apps
Track open tickets and client feedback and report weekly/p>
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years in operations, account management, or a similar role
Comfortable working across multiple digital products simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
Tech-savvy with the ability to identify and document bugs clearly/p>
