Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assists Operations Managers for meeting the plant promises on quality.
Standardization of new products & formulations.
Monitoring of Process and Product Quality Plans, Rejection, and Rework Analysis to achieve close to zero defects.
Maintaining coordination with technical function, plant production, and plant engineering for smooth implementation of new products introduction.
Designing and implementing new processes and products and troubleshooting issues related to existing/new products.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for paint formulations and production processes.
Collaborate with the R&D team to develop new paint formulations and improve existing products.
Ensure all products comply with relevant industry standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English is a must.
Proficient in manufacturing process knowledge
Result orientation
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Should have good command in English (Oral & Written)
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a paints and coatings in different roles (Production, R&D, and QC)
Experience in manufacturing process industry like Paint, Chemical
Strong knowledge of paint chemistry, formulation techniques, and quality control methods
