Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Assists Operations Managers for meeting the plant promises on quality.
  • Standardization of new products & formulations.
  • Monitoring of Process and Product Quality Plans, Rejection, and Rework Analysis to achieve close to zero defects.
  • Maintaining coordination with technical function, plant production, and plant engineering for smooth implementation of new products introduction.
  • Designing and implementing new processes and products and troubleshooting issues related to existing/new products.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for paint formulations and production processes.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to develop new paint formulations and improve existing products.
  • Ensure all products comply with relevant industry standards.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English is a must.
  • Proficient in manufacturing process knowledge

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Should have good command in English (Oral & Written)

  • Bachelor s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a paints and coatings in different roles (Production, R&D, and QC)
  • Experience in manufacturing process industry like Paint, Chemical
  • Strong knowledge of paint chemistry, formulation techniques, and quality control methods
