Roles & Responsibilities

Main Functions

Governance of DPS EMEA and MedTech Education EMEA.

Strategic support to DPS & MedTech EMEA Education leadership and community.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Organize DPS & MedTech EMEA education meetings and create agendas (Community Calls, Governance Calls, Team Calls).

Lead annual business planning including forecasting and education calendar creation.

Act as DRI for the Axonify learning system for all DPS.

Lead and execute strategic education-related projects across the EMEA region.

Develop and manage an automated Forecast App for MedTech Education EMEA (Professional & Community Education).

Lead DPS weekly calls and define discussion topics.

Manage the MedTech EMEA Education SharePoint site.

Own organizational charts and announcements for DPS EMEA MedTech Education.

Manage regional communications in alignment with brand guidelines.

Publish quarterly DPS EMEA Education communications on Axonify.

Prepare and distribute two education newsletters.

Collect and communicate H2 and annual metrics to MedTech Education distribution lists.

Monitor discretionary budgets and manage license renewals.

Manage purchase orders.

Maintain distribution lists and organizational charts.

Manage the JJI site.

Serve as DRI for the DPS EMEA education website (JJInstitute.com).

Handle education-related requests, update documents, and create new programs.

Skills and Qualifications

Fluent English.

Experience in commercial, internal, or professional education.

Strong administrative experience.

Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship-building skills.

Analytical thinking.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
