Roles & Responsibilities
What You ll Do: As a Professional Services Consultant-Cybersecurity, you ll play a critical role in delivering technical solutions and support to customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
Designing and implementing security solutions for customers.
Managing and executing the installation and operation of commercial cybersecurity toolsets.
Providing technical support and addressing all technical problems.
Developing and delivering cybersecurity services, including end-to-end projects and training.
Creating and updating technical and business documentation.
What You Bring to the Role: We re looking for someone with:
A graduate degree with 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
Experience in IT distribution within a multinational environment.
Excellent decision-making ability and the capability to work under pressure and time constraints.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent knowledge of products of a technical nature, with strong time management and planning skills.
