Roles & Responsibilities

What you ll do:
  • Build reports and visualizations with Professional Services key metrics to help the team understand strategy effectiveness.
  • Conduct deep dive analysis to identify drivers of Professional Services performance and generate insights for future changes.
  • Quickly digest or develop new KPIs, ask the right questions, and effectively interpret and act on what it's telling you and what it's not telling you.
  • Monitor Professional Services KPIs and explain deviations from the norm.
  • Deliver sophisticated analyses to senior leadership that provide thoughtful evaluation of data.
  • Partner with the Product, Revenue Operations, and Enterprise Analytics teams for building reporting methods.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to automate reporting and data collection processes.
  • Collaborate with internal Professional Services teams to gather benchmark data and other insights.
  • Use statistical tools and methods to analyze data from various sources.
  • Automate analysis through insightful dashboards.
  • Communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Continuously monitor data quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

What You ll Need to Succeed:
  • 2+ years in RevOps, Professional Services Ops, or Customer Success Ops focused on data analysis, reporting, and data visualization.
  • Deep familiarity with SaaS contract terminology, forecasting, sales, and post sales processes.
  • Fluent professional English with strong written and verbal communication.
  • SQL expert with hands-on experience in ETL pipelines, relational databases, and data modeling (MAQL a plus).
  • Proficiency with Snowflake, Tableau, and advanced Google Sheets/Looker Studio.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and Google Workspace.
  • Discipline in enforcing data quality rules, governance, and documentation best practices.
  • Strong grasp of statistical analysis/modeling and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Self starter with excellent organization, project/time management, attention to detail, and creative problem solving; thrives under tight deadlines and collaborates well in a global team.
  • Proven ability to build automated dashboards/reporting, define new KPIs, and explain performance variance clearly.
