Roles & Responsibilities

Position Objectives:

The Program Lead will lead the transformation for Contracts and Finance function for the telecom operator, the program lead must have telco company experience in reviewing, redesigning the process, systems and PMO especially on contracts and finance perspective.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a clear vision for the Finance & contracts department's transformation program.
  • Define and create the scope and objectives of the transformation including a roadmap, outlining key milestones, timelines, and resources required.
  • Establish PMO and program governance, including steering committees and project teams, to oversee and drive the transformation.
  • Develop a comprehensive change management strategy to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and behaviours.
  • Risk Management- Identify potential risks and obstacles to the transformation and develop mitigation plans.
  • Define KPIs and metrics to assess the success and impact of the transformation.
  • Regularly monitor and report on the program's performance and perform necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure that the transformation complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain a focus on quality and continuous improvement in all aspects of the program

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
  • Min 15 years of experience in Program and Project Management within the Telecom Industry, along with valid PMI certification.
  • Technical understanding of Telecom Operations for Finance and Contracts Management.
  • Must have PMO experience, worked on Finance and Contracts Programs.
  • Must have Transformation Experience.
  • Must have managed a large/ Mega Budget Program
  • Demonstrated expertise in orchestrating large-scale transformation endeavours within complex organizational settings.
  • Certification in Change Management and Risk Management.
  • Proficiency in analytical thinking and adept problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite at an expert level, with the ability to create impactful PowerPoint presentations tailored for C-level executives.
