Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your mission: to manage the customer relationship on a daily basis during the series lifecycle, guarantee satisfaction, secure ongoing industrial transfers and orchestrate interactions between our site in Mghira (Tunisia) and that of Beaupréau (France).
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for the overall management of the relationship with your client and will oversee the following activities:
- Process customer requests (notices of changes, risk analyses, cost estimates).
- Ensure proactive communication: needs, alerts, escalations, progress.
- Monitor the key KPIs: OTD, quality, stock levels, risks.
- Coordinate problem-solving with support services.
- To guarantee the quality of information transmitted to the sales administration and to the client.
- Manage the transfer between Beaupré (BPR) and Mghira (MGH), as well as the duplication of the necessary resources.
- Contribute to project deliverables (FAI, product/process qualifications, actions mandated by the client).
- Ensure consistency and fluidity of exchanges between sectors (production, methods, testing, logistics, quality).
Desired Candidate Profile
The profile we are looking for
Essential
- Proven experience in an industrial setting, in electronics in a similar position.
- Minimum diploma: Higher Technician, Bac+4/5 or more are also accepted.
- Customer relationship management in a technical environment.
- Ability to work in project mode, structure and prioritize.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, clear and appropriate communication.
- Adaptability, pragmatism, sense of organization.
- Technical knowledge enabling effective communication with workshops and support functions.
- Proficiency in written and spoken French
Additional advantages

- English: operational reading appreciated.
