Program Manager IT

The Program Manager leads and coordinates digital transformation programs within the Client & Market domain, covering Retail, Wholesale, E-commerce, Client Engagement, Customer Services, Order Management, and Omnichannel activities. Their responsibilities include:

• the orchestration and coordination of the initiatives comprising these programs in order to ensure the successful delivery of technological solutions, in collaboration with product teams, technical teams and industry stakeholders.
• Program Management
• Plan, manage and coordinate the execution of program initiatives.
• To define and monitor project plans and release plans with stakeholders.
• Ensure the monitoring of deliverables from initiation to production and the stabilization phase.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks and critical paths.
• Manage change requests and modifications.

• Coordination of teams and stakeholders

• Acting as the main point of contact between the technology teams and the third-party/house teams.
• Coordinate collaboration between teams: Product Owners, Test Managers, Technical Leads, Business Relationship Managers, Release Managers and other stakeholders.
• Facilitating exchanges between different teams and technological fields.
• Participate in planning ceremonies (e.g., Quarterly Alignment Days / PI Planning).

• Performance monitoring and reporting

• Monitor the progress of initiatives and communicate regularly on status, risks and results.
• Monitor the budget and resources.
• Produce the necessary reports for the technology teams and business stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between achievements and budget estimates.
