Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of the overall program, including multiple workstreams such as Technology, Advisory, and other related domains.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously refine the program roadmap, ensuring clear milestones, deliverables, and high-level schedules.
• Work closely with Senior Project Managers to ensure alignment and integration across all projects within the program.
• Identify, track, and manage interdependencies between workstreams and other systems, ensuring smooth and coordinated execution.
• Monitor risks, issues, and changes, and implement mitigation and contingency plans as needed.
• Provide regular and accurate program status updates, reports, and insights to the PMC Director and assigned stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration to ensure consistency, transparency, and shared objectives across teams.
• Ensure that program deliverables meet quality standards, stakeholder expectations, and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program management overseeing multi-workstream or enterprise-level programs.
• Strong understanding of risk management, issue resolution, and change management practices.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with Oracle Fusion or similar enterprise systems (preferred).
• Ability to manage complex interdependencies and maintain clarity across multiple moving parts.
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.
• PMP, PgMP, or related certifications are a plus.
