Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Service Solution Implementation: Drive the design of departmental strategic initiatives and promote their global service operations implementation to ensure the achievement of departmental strategic goals.
2. Resource Coordination: Coordinate cross-team resources to resolve issues and obstacles during program execution. Allocate resources within the service teams (e.g., quality assurance, training, delivery, and process management) to ensure smooth operations. Drive process optimization and standardization across service functions to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Program Management:Develop and execute program plans, ensuring alignment of project goals with business strategy. Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and priorities to ensure efficient resource utilization. Monitor program progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the achievement of program objectives. Desired Candidate Profile
1. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree or higher in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in project or program management, with a background in service operations preferred.
3. Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
4. Strong understanding of service operations, including service process design, quality assurance, training, and delivery processes.
5. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
6. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
7. PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications are a plus.
8. Proficiency in English peaking, listening, reading, and writing.
