Manages the achievement of program objectives in terms of quality, cost, time, technical performance and customer satisfaction.

Manage the risks and opportunities of the program.

Conducts the periodic routines of the program in coordination with the different departments (via obeya, ).

Drives the evolutions (product or project).

Communicates about the performance of the programs under its responsibility.

Ensures compliance with the defined industrial strategy and is proactive in proposing ways to develop it.

Manages interfaces with the client throughout the program:

• Organizes the relationship between the client and the program team.
• Organize regular reviews with the client.
• Is the client's spokesperson within the organization.

Leading the program team to achieve program objectives:

• Create the Program Management plan (deliverables, program schedule, stakeholders).
• M us to the CDC compliance matrix.
• Ensures the proper qualitative and quantitative adequacy of the necessary resources (material and human).

Monitor the program's performance indicators (Customer Satisfaction, QCD, etc.).

Capitalize, standardize, share and pass on your skills.

To provide input for resource needs forecasts for programs and to manage adherence to them.

Managing stakeholders by meeting their expectations.

Ensure compliance with the program management process and contribute to its continuous improvement.
