Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements:
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to manage large teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify risks and propose solutions.
- Strong organizational and planning skills to manage competing priorities.
Preferences:
- Project Management Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or Agile certifications are preferred.
- Experience working in multinational and geographically dispersed environments.
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 10-12 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in a program management role overseeing multiple large-scale projects.
- Proven experience managing transformation initiatives with complex, cross-functional impacts.
Travel:
Dependent on project commitments.
Work Schedule:
As per client work schedule.
Languages:
Arabic Language is a mandatory requirement
