Program Manager ERP Cloud Transformation Dicetek LLC

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager ERP Cloud Transformation to lead the overall governance, execution, and strategic alignment of a large-scale ERP Cloud program across multiple departments and entities. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing multi-phase ERP transformations (e.g., Oracle Cloud, SAP S/4HANA), overseeing complex portfolios, driving enterprise-wide change, and coordinating the delivery of workstreams related to process re-engineering, data migration, and system integration. This role requires strong leadership across business and IT domains, managing internal teams, external vendors, and system integrators, while ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and adherence to strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of a multi-entity ERP Cloud program covering Finance, HR, Procurement, and other business domains. Manage and coordinate multiple ERP Cloud projects and project managers, ensuring alignment with program-level goals and timelines. Establish and maintain program governance, reporting structures, risk frameworks, and executive dashboards. Ensure cohesive execution of key workstreams: integration with vertical systems, data migration & cleansing, change management, and user adoption. Oversee vendor and SI performance, managing contracts, KPIs, issue escalations, and delivery quality. Guide process re-engineering initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic outcomes and enterprise architecture. Lead the setup and operations of an ERP Center of Excellence (CoE) for ongoing innovation, training, and best practice sharing. Engage executive stakeholders, steering committees, and cross-functional leadership to ensure support, alignment, and buy-in. Monitor program financials, track ROI, and manage resource allocation across workstreams. Ensure compliance with public sector regulations, cybersecurity standards, and data governance policies.
