Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview A Wealth Program Manager oversees the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of wealth management programs. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams—product, operations, compliance, technology, and customer experience—to ensure the program delivers strong financial outcomes, seamless operations, and excellent customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Development
Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for the wealth program.
Evaluate market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to enhance program features.
Define program KPIs, performance metrics, and success criteria.
2.Program Execution & Delivery
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of wealth products such as investments, savings plans, advisory services, portfolio offerings, etc.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, tech, QA, operations) to ensure the program launches on time and meets quality standards.
Drive continuous process optimization to improve efficiency and user experience.
3.Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary liaison with internal stakeholders, wealth advisors, product owners, and regulatory/compliance teams.
Communicate program updates, risks, opportunities, and performance metrics to leadership.
4.Risk & Compliance
Ensure all wealth program components meet regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans.
5.Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track program performance through dashboards and periodic reviews.
Provide insights based on customer feedback, operational data, and financial results.
Recommend enhancements to improve profitability, retention, and customer engagement.
6.Customer Experience & Support Alignment
Work with customer service and operations teams to reduce friction points.
Ensure program-related customer journeys are intuitive and well-documented.
