Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Role Summary and Impact

  • Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Support in developing the programmatic product across emerging channels i.e CTV, Audio, PDOOH & Video.
  • Develop and refine audience segments to ensure precise targeting and maximized reach.
  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Assist the team with executing and evolving programmatic product strategy and direction.
  • Utilize various DSPs (e.g., Google DV360, The Trade Desk) and ad exchanges to run campaigns effectively.
  • Continually acquire knowledge by maintaining relationships with key programmatic vendors.
  • Set up, monitor and optimize inventory on various supply platforms, ie. SSP and curation platforms.
  • Ensure all relevant agency stakeholders are up to date in required platform certifications & keeping track of progress. Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor s degree or higher in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
  • Has a good working ethic, as well as professional integrity, possesses good communication skills, and is passionate towards the digital/programmatic industry.
  • Excellent knowledge and skills of Microsoft suits: Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Understanding of ad tracking, web analytics, ad serving, DMP is a strong plus.

Desired Candidate Profile
