Manage the development and life cycle programmes:
Manage the achievement of the programme's objectives in terms of quality, cost, deadlines, technical performance and customer satisfaction.
Analyze and address program risks and opportunities.
Conduct the periodic routines of the program in coordination with the different departments (via obeya, ).
Manage developments (product or project)
Lead the continuous improvement of programs.
Ensure compliance with the defined industrial strategy and be a force of proposal to make it evolve.
Lead the interfaces with the client during the duration of the program:
Organize the relationship between the client and the program team.
Organize regular reviews with the client.
Lead the program team:
Create the Program Management plan (deliverables, program schedule, stakeholders)
Lead the CDC
compliance matrix Define and evaluate the WPM deliverables, jointly with the management team.
Lead the program team to achieve program objectives.
Ensure the proper qualitative and quantitative adequacy of the necessary resources (material and human).
Monitor the program's performance indicators (defined by the IPT PRG, including EVM (Earned Value Management)
