Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and evaluate events, networking sessions, workshops, and social gatherings that attract attendees, ensuring cultural relevance and seamless logistics.

Identify and secure collaborations with local businesses, accelerators, and government entities to co-create value (e.g., joint promotions or cross-referrals).

Negotiate partnership agreements and manage relationships to expand our network and drive mutual growth.

Design and lead startup and intrapreneurial programs, such as accelerator cohorts, mentorship tracks, and innovation challenges in partnership with brands and big tech companies (e.g., Google, Microsoft).

Curate content like pitch days, skill-building series, and corporate innovation labs to support member development and attract premium talent.

Leverage partnerships for co-hosted initiatives that align with KSA's entrepreneurial goals.

Collaborate with community/sales teams to integrate partnerships into growth strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s in Business, Event Management, Marketing, or related field.

3+ years in partnerships, programming, or events in Startups/Coworking/Tech ecosystem in KSA

Strong track record in partnerships and program launches; fluent in English and Arabic.

Skilled in event tools (e.g., Eventbrite/Luma), LinkedIn; thrives in dynamic settings.
