Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Forge and nurture strategic alliances with cultural, educational, and corporate partners to co-develop innovative programs that expand HoW’s reach and resource base.
Partnership Strategy: Identify target organizations and craft value propositions for collaboration on exhibitions, digital initiatives, and educational series.
Program Co-Design: Lead joint program development workshops, ensuring co-created content meets both HoW’s and partner-defined goals.
Contract & Funding Management: Draft MOUs, sponsorship packages, and grant applications; oversee financial tracking and compliance.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Align internal stakeholders: Exhibitions, Learning, Marketing, to deliver seamless partner programs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strategic Negotiator: Crafts equitable agreements that drive mutual benefit
Collaborative Architect: Integrates partner insights into innovative program design
Accountable Steward: Manages budgets and deliverables with unwavering transparency
5+ years in cultural partnership development or sponsorship management.
Bachelor’s in Arts Management, Business, or related field.
