Roles & Responsibilities

What You ll Do

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of innovation, accelerator, and venture programs
  • Act as Program Director on flagship projects across MENA
  • Manage and mentor a team of Program Managers and Associates
  • Ensure operational excellence and consistent application of Rainmaking s methodologies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and startups
  • Drive regional deployments and represent Rainmaking at ecosystem events
  • Contribute to business development through program design and proposal support
  • Own your business unit P&L

What We re Looking For
  • 10+ years experience in program management, consulting, or innovation leadership
  • Proven track record delivering accelerators, innovation programs, or venture studios
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent English communication (Arabic is a plus)
  • Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings
  • Willingness to travel or temporarily relocate within MENA
