Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily administrative workflows, schedules, and follow-up activities for the Senior Director of Programs.
  • Track expert deliverables, KPIs, contracts, timelines, and progress reports.
  • Support the coordination and follow-up of internal committees, including HR, Finance, and Communications.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and consolidated program performance updates.
  • Support workflow automation and reporting improvement initiatives using digital tools and systems.
  • Maintain organized databases, documentation, and program records.
  • Liaise with experts, consultants, partners, and stakeholders on program-related matters.
  • Provide analytical and coordination support to facilitate effective decision-making.
  • Ensure confidentiality, data protection, and proper documentation practices are maintained.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in reporting, data processing, automation, program coordination, or administrative support.

Strong organizational, coordination, and reporting skills.

Experience in dashboard creation, workflow automation, and data management.

Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
