Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Coordinating daily workflows, schedules, and administrative activities.
- Track expert contracts, KPIs, deliverables, timeline and progress reports.
- Support and follow up on HR, Finance and communications committee activities.
- Prepare structures dashboards and consolidate program performance data.
- Automate routine process and enhance reporting systems.
- Ensure confidentiality and adherence to data protection practices.
Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in data processing, automation, reporting or program support.
- Strong expertise in dashboard creation, workflow automation and data management.
- People Oriented with strong communication skills with the ability to interact with experts and partners.
- Detailed Oriented, ability to prioritize tasks and commitment to timely delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
