Project Accountant

Handle full accounting responsibilities for assigned projects, including invoicing, payment follow-up, and cost tracking.

Manage project-related financial records and documentation accurately.

Assist with administrative tasks related to projects, including reporting and internal communication.

Prepare and manage petty cash / project cash requirements, ensuring availability of required cash based on project needs and planned activities

Ensure timely coordination with Project Managers, Finance, and Procurement teams.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities for assigned projects.

Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal control procedures.

Ability to anticipate project cash needs in advance and coordinate required funding accordingly.

Ability to track project workforce, including overtime hours, and provide accurate attendance and overtime sheets to the HR department.

Good command of English language (written & spoken).

Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently and follow up on project financials and admin tasks.

Experience with ERP / Accounting software is a plus.
