Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This position offers candidates the opportunity to work as a part of the our team. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated team player who is willing to pitch in with all aspects of estimating. Job duties and responsibilities include:
Desired Skills and Experience
- Assisting with owner/client payout applications
- Subcontractor invoicing
- Subcontractor payment processing
- Lien waivers and lien tracking
- Updating information in company database
- Calling/emailing vendors for quotes, qualifications, other information
- General assistance to Estimating, Project Management staff as required
- Demonstrable experience in project accounting
- Demonstrated computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience with construction software accounting and/or project management packages, (such as CMIC, Timberline, Prolog, or similar application.
