Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Analyst to support the safe and timely delivery of a major rail and transport infrastructure project, focusing on rail systems, mobility solutions, and station development.
Support the Vertical Links team in carrying out the efficient design and delivery process
Prepare documentation and reports to support internal and external audits.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders through strong verbal and written communication skills.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
Retrieve documents promptly upon request, ensuring timely access for authorized users.
Work with the Document Controller to ensure the appropriate systems are in place
Work with the team to ensure a clear Filing Structure
Maintain a Document Register in Sharepoint / Aconex to ensure clear file paths work for all documentation
Organize, maintain, and track documents to ensure accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across digital and physical platforms
Manage version control to ensure only the latest approved documents are accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
Identify and resolve document-related issues promptly and effectively
Other administrative tasks and functions as required for the smooth running and continuous improvement of the team.
Bachelor s degree in business administration, or a related field
Experience working in or with government agencies or strategic consulting firms is desirable.
Ability to proactively manage database updates using document control software.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency in Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as Aconex, SharePoint, and Autodesk BIM360/ACC is preferred
Minimum 4-6 years of project experience
