Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assisting in identifying and reviewing project's needs for the assigned activities and related allocated budget with the Education Programme focal points.

Coordinating the financial and administrative aspects of the project on field level, in close collaboration with the relevant Education Programme staff to ensure cornpllance and completion of targets.

Coordinating with the relevant departments and offices on the procurement activities and services on field level. This includes coordinating the purchase requisition and monitoring progress.

Assisting in monitoring the operational and financial expenditure of the project in the field in coordination with relevant staff and departments.

Assisting in drafting relevant reports on the progress of the project activities (operational and financial)

Assisting in proper documentation and sharing of information as per the practices adopted by the Department.

Performing other relevant duties as may be assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

Completion of full Secondary Education, along with two-years diploma in business administration or any other relevant field.
