Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Provide comprehensive support to management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, drafting letters / Minutes of Meetings / Emails, and organizing travel arrangements.

  2. Prepare, format, and edit technical documents, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity and professionalism.

  3. Coordinate communication between management teams Staff, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information and confidentiality is must.

  4. Manage and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and properly archived as per ISO Standards.

  5. Compile and distribute meeting agendas and minutes, ensuring all action items are followed up appropriately.

  6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to

detail.

  1. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  2. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.

  3. Any other woks related to Projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in any Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical) or a related field is required to ensure foundational knowledge.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a project support role, demonstrating familiarity with project lifecycles and methodologies.
  • Able to work under tight deadline and pressure.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and presentation preparation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with additional language proficiency preferred for international projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability, especially in multicultural work settings, to enhance team dynamics.
