Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and resolve conflicts.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents to guide construction activities.
  • Implement and enforce safety regulations and protocols to create a secure work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in construction project engineering.
  • Proven experience managing diverse construction projects, preferably within the commercial or industrial sectors.
