Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Performing duties on behalf of the System Completion (Turn Over Package = TOP) manager in his absence
Lead the scheduling and execution of system walkdowns; manage the Punch List status to ensure all deficiencies are tracked and resolved.
Serve as a central point of contact for internal departments and the Client to facilitate smooth system handovers.
Prepare, submit, and manage all System Completion-related reports and dossiers using MS Office and project-specific software.
Walkdown schedule management & Various documentation work
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree based on engineering
Minimum of 2-5 years in plant projects, specifically within system completion and commissioning.
Advanced skills in walkdown management, Turn Over Package = TOP system control, and comprehensive reporting.
Fluent in English (Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking) with the ability to lead team-building efforts.
Proficient in MS Office and specialized project management documentation tools.
