Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all phases of fit out projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and client requirements are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, adjusting as necessary to accommodate changes and resolve issues.
- Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Lead project meetings, provide regular progress updates, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure all work meets or exceeds established standards and client expectations.
- Provide comprehensive data to technical office for project documentation, including updated quantities/contracts, change orders, and reports.
- Mentor and supervise project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project or construction management, with a strong focus on fit out projects.
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale fit out or interior construction projects on time and within budget.
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements related to fit out projects.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
