Roles & Responsibilities
Position:
Project Contract Advisor
Summary:
A position focused on providing expert advice on contract terms and conditions for energy projects.
Responsibilities:
Review and negotiate contract terms to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Draft and review legal documents related to energy projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
Provide training and guidance to team members on contract management best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 13 years of experience in project contract advising within the Energies sector
Strong negotiation skills
In-depth knowledge of legal frameworks relevant to energy projects
Experience with contract management software
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
