Roles & Responsibilities

Technical skills (Knowledge):

  • Excellent command of contract and business law.
  • Proven skills in negotiation and drafting legal documents.
  • Knowledge of tendering and procurement procedures.
  • Proficiency in computer tools and project management.

Personal qualities (Interpersonal skills):

  • Rigour, organisation and attention to detail.
  • Autonomy and ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Contract administration: Ensure the complete management of agreements and amendments, from their drafting to their archiving.
  • External relations management: Represent the company and negotiate contractual terms with clients and subcontractors, under delegation from the Director of Operations.
  • Financial and operational monitoring: Ensure compliance of payments and proper execution of contractual clauses by the various parties.
  • Internal coordination: Collaborate with project managers to manage subcontracted work and identify needs.
  • Risk prevention: Analyze legal, technical and financial risks to anticipate and resolve potential disputes.
  • Legal monitoring: Ensuring regulatory and legal monitoring of applicable laws and practices
  • Education: Average at BAC +16/20 and higher university degree (Bachelor's, Master's or equivalent) in Business Law, Project Management, or Engineering.
  • Professional experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the construction, energy, civil engineering or telecommunications sector.
