Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedule.
  • Monitor and analyze project progress and performance.
  • Oversee project budget and scope to ensure alignment with approved plans.
  • Prepare regular reports on schedule status, cost performance, and forecasting.
  • Review and verify subcontractor invoices and progress payment in coordination with the site, ensuring alignment with contracts, BOQs, progress, and approved variations.
  • Coordinate with project teams to collect progress data and ensure accuracy of reporting.
  • Establish and maintain cost control systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in civil / architectural engineering or construction management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project controls, planning, or cost engineering.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, Excel, and PowerPoint.
