Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and administering project contracts, subcontracts, and agreements.
Support in evaluating contractors claims, variations, and change orders.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with technical specifications, drawings, and contract terms.
Assist with cost control, payment certificates, and progress reports.
Maintain proper documentation of contracts, correspondence, and project records.
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
Support risk analysis, procurement activities, and contract close-out procedures.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and project timelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering.
2 4 years of experience in project/contract engineering
Basic knowledge of FIDIC or other standard contract conditions (preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD/Primavera (preferred).
