Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Take a lead in preparing schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations as requested in addition to checking and confirming that the correct scope of work is reflected on assigned schedules.
Prepare & Update Time Schedule based on the contract
Prepare & Update Cost Baseline.
Prepare the work sequences with the total project plan.
Develop quantity release and/or installation curves for assigned disciplines or specialties.
Prepar schedule data, identifies and acquires information needed to complete work logically to interface between assigned disciplines, specialties, and projects.
Develop specific project codes of accounts and work breakdown structures and recommend appropriate modifications and revisions for new work items assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience not less than 1 year.
Bachelor degree of Architecture or Civil Engineering.
Excellent Command of English language.
Very good in Primavera - MS Office.
Having Planning and Cost Control background.
Analytical thinking & attention to details skills.
