Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and update the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and monitor critical path performance.

Develop and maintain integrated project schedules covering engineering, procurement, and construction activities.

Assist in establishing project budgets and maintain cost control through tracking commitments, expenditures, and forecasts.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, quality, and finance teams to ensure accurate and consistent project deliverables and maintain project execution within the planned timeframe and budget.

Perform schedule, cost variance analysis, and provide early warnings with recommended corrective actions.

Maintain the project risk register and monitor mitigation and preventive actions.

Support change management by evaluating scope changes and assessing schedule and cost impacts.

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries for management.

Participate in planning meetings and progress reviews with internal teams and subcontractors.

Ensure compliance with project control procedures and maintain accurate, auditable documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

1 to 3 years of experience in project controls, preferably in EPC, construction, or industrial oil and gas projects.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project for planning and scheduling.

Strong MS office skills for reporting, cost tracking, and data analysis.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation abilities.

Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills and the ability to provide data-driven insights.

Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the project controls discipline.
