1. Project Planning and Control.

• Develop and manage an integrated project plan for a large-scale wireless network rollout, coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers across multiple countries.
• Lead the Project Control Department, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations for a 5,000 10,000 site deployment.
• Define clear procedures for network rollout stages (e.g., site acquisition, deployment, testing, handover) to minimize delays and rework.

2. Budget, Finance, and Asset Management

• Oversee budget, finance, and asset management, ensuring cost efficiency, accurate financial reporting, and optimal resource allocation.
• Lead budgetary discussions, managing project finance, invoice control, and cost tracking to prevent overruns.
• Implement effective change control and contract management processes to ensure compliance and flexibility.

3. Data-Driven Control and Reporting

• Establish robust control processes to track progress, risks, dependencies, milestones, and quality, utilizing Power BI for real-time dashboards and data analytics.
• Manage project databases and tracking tools, promoting automation to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Create professional presentations and dashboards using Power BI and MS Office to communicate project status to stakeholders.

4. Team Leadership and Process Optimization

• Mentor the Project Admin and Control Team, fostering a collaborative, data-driven environment.
• Collaborate with the Performance and Quality Manager to establish quality assurance processes for seamless project handover to operations.
• Review and optimize project processes, templates, and tools to improve efficiency and consistency.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Deliver the network project on time, within budget, and to client quality standards.
• Achieve accurate budget and asset management with minimal cost overruns.
• Produce high-quality dashboards and reports, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
