Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the project schedule using Primavera P6, ensuring it accurately reflects the project scope and progress.
  • Manage the project budget, tracking costs, forecasting expenditures, and identifying potential overruns early on.
  • Oversee the change management process, evaluating change orders, and assessing their impact on the schedule and budget.
  • Prepare comprehensive project status reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and potential risks.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Holds a minimum of 8 years of experience in project controls within the hotel construction industry.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Primavera P6 and other project management software.
  • Exhibits strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control expertise.
