Project Control Manager

Reporting to the Project Director or Technical Director, you will be responsible for overall project control (planning, costs, contracts, execution) for high-end hotel projects. As your operational right-hand man, you will ensure control of deadlines, budgets and the quality of deliverables from the design phase to final delivery.

You are responsible for the

• Design & Planning Management
• Coordination of studies (architects, engineers, inspection offices).
• Monitoring of compliance of studies with the budget, schedule and technical standards.
• work and monitoring of general planning.
• Identification of critical interfaces and anticipation of risks.

• Cost & budget management
• working on project budgets.
• Monitoring of financial developments (amendments, unforeseen events).
• Financial reporting & variance analysis.
• Budget estimates in the design phase.

• Consultation & contract management
• Participation in calls for tender.
• Analysis of technical and financial offers.
• Contractual monitoring and management of amendments.
• evaluation of service provider performance.

• Construction site monitoring & coordination
• Coordination of stakeholders (MOE, companies, OPC, BET).
• Participation in site meetings and drafting of progress reports.
• Monitoring of deadlines and execution costs.
• Identification of project risks and implementation of action plans.
