Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role & responsibilities:
- Lead development of the Level 3 Baseline Schedule and project control procedures
- Analyze and implement project planning and reporting obligations under PPA and EPC contracts.
- Track critical path activities and set key milestones and KPIs for early risk identification and mitigation.
- Build and maintain Level 4 schedules and detailed progress reports
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and presentations for the Client and Internal Management
- Drive or support delay analysis and EOT claim preparation, when required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (PMP is a plus)
- 12 15+ years of experience in project planning/scheduling, with at least 2 full-cycle projects as Planning Manager.
- Worked as a PCM in at least one Renewable Project in Middle East (more than 300 MW) or as the second in charge
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and contract-driven planning.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
