Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Project Controller for one of our clients with the following details:
Location: Isabela, Philippines
Start date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 18 months
Working schedule: 6 days per week
SOLAR / Substation / Renewables / BESS Project experience
Candidate location: Philippines
Preferred candidates: Local candidates
The role will be responsible for the following key duties and functions:
Develop and maintain the project master schedule and monitor progress against baseline
Track project costs, commitments, and forecasts (EAC)
Monitor cost and schedule variances and provide analysis/recommendations
Consolidate weekly and monthly progress reports and management dashboards
Validate contractor progress claims (physical vs financial)
Manage change control, including variation impact on cost and schedule
Maintain the risk register and support mitigation tracking
Support EOT and claims assessment with proper documentation and analysis
Desired Candidate Profile
SOLAR / Substation / Renewables / BESS Project experience
Candidate location: Philippines
Preferred candidates: Local candidates
Candidates with strong EPC/project controls experience.
