Project Controlling Analyst Hitachi Energy

The opportunity

You as Project Business Controller will be part of Hitachi Energy. You will be expected to Support Project Manager in all financial and commercial matters and actively drive the project s performance.

Assigned to multiple projects. Also supporting the OU controller with business controlling.

How you ll make an impact

• Providing input to the Project Execution Plan on financial aspects.
• Preparing project invoices, financial accounting and reporting. Driving project cash flow and overseeing currency risk and tax issues.
• Responsible for the correctness of project balance sheet and income statement as well as for cash flow and monthly/quarterly forecast.
• Supporting the Project Manager in adherence to corporate governance, integrity, assurance, internal control, group charter, country specific finance directives and instructions.
• Will help to download financial information from HE is reporting tools, consolidate and analyze the results.
• Support with monthly closing and reporting.
• Supporting in various adhoc analysis to manage costs, cash and utilization absorptions of the OU s/ HUB.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• A bachelor s degree or master s degree in finance is preferred.
• 0-5 years of project controlling or finance experience in Energy or T&D industries.
• Customer and business oriented, strong commercial and communication skills.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
