Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Track and control project costs, ensuring alignment with approved budgets.
Prepare and present periodic reports on project status, cost performance, schedule variance, and forecast trends.
Collaborate with planning, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather data and align timelines.
Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Support in the preparation of project baseline schedules and cost estimates.
Review contractors schedules and progress reports for consistency with project objectives.
Ensure timely and accurate updating of project dashboards and KPIs.
Participate in project review meetings and provide data-driven recommendations to management
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering .
Minimum 7 years of experience in Project Controls.
Proficiency in Primavera and Excel.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
