Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
NEOM is seeking a dedicated Project Controls Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join the team developing our project in KSA, a groundbreaking urban development. This role is crucial for ensuring the project's successful execution through rigorous schedule and cost management.
-  Scheduling & Planning: Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed project schedules (Level 3/4) using Primavera P6, ensuring full integration of scope, time, and resource data. 
-  Performance Monitoring: Monitor project performance against the baseline schedule and budget, utilizing techniques like Earned Value Management (EVM) to assess progress and forecast outcomes. 
-  Cost Control Support: Assist the Cost Management team by integrating schedule data with cost forecasts, tracking expenditures, and supporting change management processes. 
-  Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and distribute regular project control reports, including schedule adherence analysis, critical path identification, and variance explanations for stakeholders. 
-  Risk & Change Management: Support the identification and quantitative analysis of schedule and cost risks, and manage the log for all project changes and variations. 
-  System Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all project controls data and systems, adhering to NEOM's governance standards and procedures. 
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in a Project Controls role on large-scale infrastructure, civil, or vertical construction projects.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Certification (e.g., PSP, PMP, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 and strong experience with Enterprise Project Management (EPM) systems and advanced reporting tools.
Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, international mega-project environment, with strong analytical and communication skills.
