Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Project Controls Oversight
- Develop and maintain a Service Delivery Plan for all project control activities.
- Monitor schedule performance and identify deviations across all project phases.
- Ensure efficient project management practices within the Consultant s organization and with external interfaces.
Schedule Management
- Review and manage O&M Contractors operation and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure alignment with the Employer s objectives and contractual milestones.
- Track progress and performance against key deliverables.
Compliance & Procedures
- Develop and maintain Risk Management practices and reporting dashboards.
- Develop and implement scheduling, document control, and reporting procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master s preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of management experience in project controls, preferably in the rail or metro sector.
- Proven expertise in schedule management, document control, and performance tracking.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder environments.
- Familiarity with project control tools and methodologies.
