Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Establishing and managing the overall project controls framework
- Developing, reviewing, and maintaining the master project schedule
- Monitoring project progress, critical path, and key milestones
- Leading cost control, forecasting, and change management processes
- Implementing earned value management (EVM) and performance reporting
- Identifying schedule and cost risks; develop mitigation strategies
- Reviewing contractor programmes, cash flows, and recovery plans
- Coordinating with planning, cost, contracts, and project management teams
- Preparing monthly progress reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders
- Supporting claims, EOT assessments, and dispute avoidance activities
- Ensuring compliance with client and consultancy project controls standards
Desired Candidate Profile
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 15 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering. Excellent experience in a previous PMC role is essential as well as high rise, hospitality projects
