Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of project controls systems tailored to mixed-use projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and progress reporting accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project controls integration.
• Analyze project performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Facilitate stakeholder communications and reporting sessions.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior project controls staff to enhance team capabilities.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in project controls, with direct involvement in mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of project controls tools, software, and methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex project schedules and budgets.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in the Middle East region is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
